Previously serving as principal of Mallory & Evans Partners (MEP), Brantley was responsible for the oversight of Student Housing, Multi-family, and Mixed-use development platforms. Prior to joining MED, Brantley worked with Regency Centers, one of the nation’s largest neighborhood shopping center REIT’s and two boutique development firms based out of Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.

 

Brantley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, where he also played baseball. He is now an avid golfer in his free time. Brantley and his wife Hannah live in Kennesaw, Georgia, with their sons and daughter.
