Who We Are…
Four Stones Real Estate (FSRE) is an Andrew T. Cathy Enterprise formed in 2020 to expand on a 12-year history of direct equity investments in commercial real estate across varying property types.
FSRE is one of the “four stones” that Andrew will steward through his holding company, Four Stones Group. In the story of David vs. Goliath, David picks up five smooth stones and with the first stone he lets loose from his slingshot, he hit his mark, and he changed the world. Much like his grandfather who took his shot on Chick-fil-A, which hit its mark and has changed the world, Andrew’s passion is to steward “all” that he’s been entrusted with. While his job remains focused on growing and operating Chick-fil-A, he has learned how to create strategic partnerships to execute aligned business plans much in the same way the Operator Model works for Chick-fil-A.
Leveraging the strengths of his Family, Business and Operator networks, his history of partnering through incentive alignment, and his leadership team, FSRE is positioned to be a conduit for families to invest together with Andrew’s Family.
Andrew is joined in this venture by long-time Chick-fil-A colleagues and investment advisors, Blake Goodman and Alex Dominguez. Blake oversaw all real estate investments for Chick-fil-A and the Cathy Family. Alex retired after 26 years and is widely recognized for his contributions in establishing the success of the Chick-fil-A real estate business model. The scope of their commercial real estate experience grew vastly over the years as they led investments that exceeded $1 Billion annually at Chick-fil-A.
Four Stones business strategy is to partner with world-class development/acquisition partners and to enhance value by adding discreet, local market knowledge available through its expansive retail network not otherwise available to market strategists.
“Our confidence is not in what we have, but He who freely gave us what we have. If God’s will is in your little stones, they will surely bring down giant Goliaths… but you have to make the throw!”
